After being unable to attend this meeting for several years, I finally had a spot in my schedule this year. On the morning of June 2nd, I hitched the trailer to the car and set off towards the left bank of Antwerp.

Upon arriving in Antwerp, I immediately saw the side entertainment set up.

There was also a kite shop, where I managed to pick up two new kite handles.

After that, it was time to drill a ground anchor into the soil

and, of course, to fly a kite.

Once the wind stabilized, Team Sushi could also get in line.

Besides Team Sushi, I took a moment to fly my Phoenix kite.

The wind conditions were excellent for this, so excellent that even the tail could be attached to the kite.

After a fun and highly successful day in Antwerp, it was time to pack up and head home.

Conclusion

As always, Antwerp was once again a fun and cozy festival with a large audience and, this time, plenty of wind.
